A results driven professional, Jim Kirdar retired in 2021 as a Special Agent in Charge from the U.S. Department of Justice with 32 years of federal service. He subsequently entered the private sector and became the VP, Fraud Risk and Investigations Manager with Atlantic Union Bank. In 2023 he accepted a rehired annuitant position as a Supervisory Investigator.

Jim’s combined experience in both the public and private sectors has allowed him to gain unique insight on resolving cross-jargon challenges many federal agents encounter with resumes that simply fail to adequately translate federal law enforcement titles and achievements to industry jargon comprehensible by private sector professionals.
